Decided against keeping my Helix, as the smaller units are probably more suited for my needs, plus I love my pedals and amp too much to switch over, this unit is way more than I need.

Only a few months old, home use only, firmware updated, boxes, couple of scuffs from moving it around my house. No issues, maybe the odd dog hair (Border Terrier...unavoidable unfortunately.) will do my level best to remove all traces

Also opted for a Strymon Zuma for my board power so my GigRig gubbins is now up for sale.

All fully working, but I would highly recommend that the distributor/isolator cables are replaced, as some are getting a bit on the short side, and well used. I bought all of this second hand, no boxes, but all tested and working without issue.
