Sorted: Orange P7 mountain bike (Mid - Late 90s)

Looking for a size 17-18inch frame Orange P7 mountain bike.  Anyone got one to sell, or knows someone who is selling?

Wow the Orange P7 is a classic. How come you're after a specific model, is it for the Reynolds Steel frame..?

My mate had a P7 but it was crushed when a tree fell on his shed :-(

I'm no bike expert by any means, but like you say it's a classic.  Not only that, I've looked at other bikes and nothing comes close for me.  I've got my mind set on having one, that's the main reason!

hope you have found one, mine was the second best hardtail I ever owned, carried me across dartmoor & woodbury common for many years, gorgeous orange sparkle paintwork with a pair of pace rc36 up front, best hardtail is the pace rc200 that replaced it & I still have, happy hunting, mike b.

Cheers Mike, I have indeed found one - I got it on Saturday.  It's great, I love it.  It's so comfy and smooth to ride, although the pace forks need new elastomers, I think.  Other than that, I can't fault it for a 17 year old bike.  I just need the weather to improve so I can get out and ride it more.  I wouldn't mind going on a decent trail at some point too.
