Again, like the driving thread, come to Singapore for some re-education.

Some regular examples:

”Mr James, I will revert, lah”. - means ‘I will respond via email’.
”Yes, can, can” - means ‘yes, I will’.
“Wah lua” or “Wah piang” - means ‘wow’ or ‘gosh’, can be applied to anything.
”Have you Makan, lah? - means Have you eaten.

Plus much general butchering of the language, for instance “the movie that day good ah?” instead of “Did you like the movie we say the other day?”
