Tone How-To Channels?

Anyone recommend a Youtube channel where they take famous and/or revered tones and go in to what gear and settings and techniques could be used to achieve that tone?

Seems like something that surely exists, possibly several, hopefully a particularly good one.

I know Andertons do the "sound like" videos but it's more just what gear to buy rather than what settings or techniques.

I haven't seen any YouTube videos but you're right, it seems like something that should exist. I've seen a few images with various settings, sometimes from amp manufacturers and sometimes from forums and suchlike. Might be worth googling 'amp settings for xxx sound' or something and seeing what you can find... even if what you find isn't for your amp it will give you a starting point for basic tone settings that you can then tweak to suit your ears

The guy from voodoo labs has done a couple of great ones on their channel: evh, the police, Eric Johnson and Hendrix from memory.

In this youtube video Dave Simpson lists the settings to use on a Katana to get various guitarists tones.
Only any good if you have a Katana obviously though.
