A couple of people including @guitars4you have asked when Lola arrives- Monday is the answer- I am playing cricket this weekend and therefore I can't get her until Mon.

I'm sure she'll make you both very happy. I'm one of those annoying facebookers that just shares puppy videos all the time, my border collie is 14 yrs old now but still going strong.

I totally agree with the above couple of posts. I never feel right without a dog about (insert joke of choice here!). Mine's undergoing surgery as I type, and it's horrible just waiting.

Two friends of mine had a Labradoodle that is about 9 months old, beautiful, playful, really good tempered, affectionate, friendly etc etc. Big though!

I'm sure you'll get along really well and have a great time! Lucky you!

Thanks for all the kind words. For regular Fretboarders, you'll recall Winnie, my 13 year old Labradoodle, passed Feb 21st 2018- taken me a fair old time to get there but I have.

Yes, I am well aware of how big she'll get and how playful she'll be but apparently GoldenDoos are even more laid back and intelliegent than L-doos.

Lola's Letter from Abroad to her brothers and sisters;

"So, as suspected,it looks like I've got the gays. You guys did say this might happen.

"It's good though, allowed on bed, allowed on sofa. Got told off for weeing in the house so assume they're not the golden shower type of gays.

"Food average- it's that dried shit and it seems chocolate is out of bounds, which is a bummer.

"Watched Kinky Boots on the box last night- seemingly I'm named after a transvestite in thigh length leather boots- very gay.

"The big one is annoying. Keeps playing Pink Floyd when he knows I've from Stoke and I love Robbie Williams.

"Big garden with lots of places to escape though....

"All in all, result'

Ah, lovely. The prettiest Stokie that I've ever seen. Damning by faint praise, I know, but she's gorgeous.
