SOLD : Mesa Boogie JP-2C

£1995. Mesa Boogie John Petrucci JP-2C Head. I bought this last year from a pro who'd never used it as this was his back-up. I've used it twice and yes it is everything they say about these amps and more , just killer. The sad truth is I just don't do the loud gigs anymore and end up reaching for the trusty Deluxe so am putting this up for sale, although the hoarder in me just wants to keep it!!

No nicks in the vinyl , just a couple of scuffs to the under-side of the reverb tray which protrudes underneath. In use the sounds are just monstrous and everything works just as it should - it really does cover ALL the bases, it does everything, in spade-fulls.

The footswitch isn't up to the usual Boogie finish with a cheap paint job , but having said that I don't think folks buy these amps to look at the footswitch.

I forgot that there's a soft cover comes with the amp but I neglected to photograph it.

Cash on collection would be the ideal .... but.... happy to meet at York station or possibly travel a little.

About the only thing I can think I might want to do a trade on would be a Carr Rambler but I'll put some thought to it....

There's also a tasty super-light polypropylene flightcase made by Jetlife for this amp which I could do a deal on if interested, but I also have the Boogie cardboard box that the amp was shipped in!
