Any recommendations on equipment for recording a promo

Hi guys, I'm looking to record a couple of the acoustic acts I'm involved in to make a promo video. One is 2 guitars and vocals other is guitar and sax. I'd like to record he audio and video on the same device for simplicity and I was just after some recommendations for cameras. With it being a promo I think the audio quality is probably the most important thing. I have found a few from zoom, Q2n, Q4n and Q8 which seem to be pretty decent has anyone had any experience of these? Currently I record on my phone (Samsung s8) which isn't too bad would these be much of an upgrade on this? Please list any recommendations below budget preferably less than £300 unless everything under that is terrible! Cheers

If you're willing to spaff £300 on the project you'd be better off paying a specialist to do the recording! Where are you based?
