Sorted: Lightweight Telecaster Body (already finished if possible)

Throwing out the feelers here over the next few months. No major rush. Looking for a standard tele black body. Something lighter than what I have currently which is a 2.9kg body. Something around 2kg would be fine I think.

Tyre kicking for now, and curious to see what's out there...

I have a Vintage ( brand) Icon relic body in butterscotch with single ply pickguard, strap buttons and Jack socket/cup you can have for £90 plus postage if your interested.

@Woodandwires you reckon a strat neck would fit? All I’d need would be the body. I’d have everything else. What weight is it do you know ?

Personally, I’d pop some callipers on the heel of the neck and the neck pocket to be sure. Vintage stuff doesn’t always match fender/US spec parts.
