For me - it’s a home amp. I needed the facility for silent recording/ monitoring via the built in load box thingy-ma-jig (that’s a technical term) but straight into my Celestion G12 it seriously kicks some ass

yup, the builtin load and the simulated speaker output are killer-features for an amp in this category. That authorizes some interesting new things to experiment like : 
cranked Runt 20 > simulated output > stereo effet chain > stereo PA
