@hootsmon ;;I paid £75 for mine on here which is really good I think? going via sold prices on EBay I’d say anywhere from £80-100 boxed. @Jonathanthomas83 ;V2 does true unity gain? and V1 doesn’t allow for that, so when you kick on V1 with dial right down you still get a fairly big boost, correct me if I’m wrong chaps? I’m on my second one and It’s my favourite boost pedal, it transforms my already fantastic Boss SD-2 into a phenomenal drive. Plus it’s lovely with single coils. Put after your favourite drive and set to 10-11 o’clock.

Works really really well with Fender Blackface amps.

I recently paid £85 for a clean, boxed, used, v2, limited edition red one and very nice thing it is too.

The v2 unity gain thing is (imho) a step backward - it's a DIP switch option on the internal dual switches - which means you lose one of the DIP switch options from the V1 - all because TGP folk wanted a boost pedal that doesn't boost...
    Red ones are better.

it was a common whine back in the day. And TGP are the loudest/whiniest place, so I blame them :-)

I bought a used v1 deliberately when I replaced mine!
    Red ones are better.
