Les Paul (NGD)

I've wanted a Gibson Les Paul since I was a kid and finally added one to the collection, its a 2004 standard in honeyburst.

Seems like it has been a bit of a case queen, virtually no fret wear and and apart from a little tarnishing to the nickle parts and couple of little marks, its in amazing condition.

Also in the pictures are my Japanese '62 Fender Strat and my Baja Tele.

I love my newly acquired Les Paul but filled with dread as I know I've too many guitars now and I will have let some go of face the wrath of Mrs Hyster.

That's exactly the right amount of guitars, or rather the right combination. You just explain to her the sonic differences between a Strat, Tele and LP.

If you sell one of them you will always be missing out on some or other tone you NEED and which the other two guitars just will not do - it's like a triangle sort of thing (Women seem to understand stuff if you use shapes, don't ask me why but it works).

They are such a complimentary set of guitars, especially the models and colours. I honestly couldn't have chosen better myself for my own personal taste. I am insanely jealous in a really friendly, pleased for you kind of way, if that makes sense. Really well done man.
