@ROOG .. I must confess I didn't take the picture - it's from Fender's marketing material. However, I do have a US Strat like the one in the photo. The amp's great - it's not an exact copy of the original as health and safety standards have changed but it sounds awesome.

@fretwired and there was me thinking it was your homage to lovely gear, good to hear it sounds good, I love the tweed finish, but I'm at a "fork in the road" amp-wise, and I'm note sure what my next move will be.

Blues deluxe or Kemper, mad but true.

Oh man that's a beautiful sight. I remember when you were picking them up. Wasn't it from a guy who gave up playing etc? Or was that someone else?

Yes, iirc, he'd had an injury just after placing an order for the pair...he decided to sell up a month or two after the amps had landed...poor guy was not happy they were going.

I only went to pickup the J20...but I made the mistake of having 'just in case' emergency funds/debt available!

@hotpickups it was on gumtree. Never used it before, but I was buying face to face so you can't go badly wrong. Great seller, only had it a couple of months. He was going back to a Blackstar ID.

I'm afraid I don't have a secret contact for you, and I'm keeping hold of mine...

Thanks. I'll keep a look out for one in the future then. Unless you change your mind. Seems great value for money. Loving the Gartone amps too but they are too much money for me for a second amp
