I liked Fretboard Roadmaps and also Hot Country for the stuff it does with CAGED.

You can get the David Mead CAGED app ( £1.99 IIRC). It goes through the basics so if you want something to explain using CAGED to work through Giant Steps you might be stumped but if you want an explanation of the basic process and finding chord shapes up and down the neck it might be a good place to start.

I've got the Caged Guitarist by Paul Foad which I bought a few years ago and is not bad.

True Fire do a bunch of CAGED tuition things if you like a video approach. There were a couple of free samples on the Guitar Player site years ago and they made sense to me ( which is a hard thing to do!).

Dave Mead's Chords & Scales For Guitar book is fairly good, it's mainly based around CAGED ideas and expanding the theory that goes along with it. It's quite in depth, but easy to understand at the same time which is quite a feat for something that can be a very dry and dull subject.
