Saw this in localish Gumtree-Its going for £25, spares or repair. Any knowledge-worth a punt for anyone for anyone with electronic know how (?)

    I don't know anything about this amp, but if it's "very very very highly rated", why is he selling it for £25 in apparently working condition and just missing the speaker?

    It looks like an average to poorly-built, typical low-powered 1970s solid-state amp to be honest.

    If anyone in Glasgow wants to buy it I'd be happy to have a look at it, but I would warn that it might cost more than it's actually worth to fix it up properly even if it doesn't need much work.
