mic test

Just got a behringer C3 from wibble and decided to give it a test. There's 3 tracks in here. One rhythm track is an SE X1 and the lead and other rhythm track is the C3.

If you listen solo the SE X1 is a little more detailed ion the top end but I reckon the C3 is a pretty nice mic....apologies for the mistakes and stuff, this was 1-taked

  • Sounds really, really nice - especially for one taked! I wish I could get it that right 'off the cuff', I normally have to noodle something for an hour before I can play it cohesively...

Very full sounding, the rhythm is lovely and warm.

Sounds really nice.  Acoustics aren't the easiest thing to record.

I've just pressed buy on a Superlux E205 but I might have changed my mind if I'd heard this.
