Drilling Through Holes For Tele Bridge?

Going to fit a new bridge to replace the top loader on my tele, whats the best way to drill the holes through the body so they line up neatly on the back of the guitar, i've seen a few where they are all out of line.....i have a small pillar drill if thats any help?

I've done it successfully using a pillar drill, and a slightly longer drill bit, going slowly so as not to force the drill to wander too far from "straight".

If they holes do wander a bit off-line on the rear side of the body, you can hide that to an extent by using the ferrules.
