Has anyone bought from total music in Colchester ?

That's weird I've been to Colchester loads of times and didn't know that was there.

I've used them,  I was very pleased with their service. Very friendly and helpful.

They're just off the A12 near the new football stadium. Really easy to get to without having to go into the town center.

I guess I should say, I haven't bought online from them, I went into their shop.  I drive past it every day on the way to work.  They have a good range of new and used gear.
