Midi controller with pedal loops ?

Does anyone know of a MIDI controller that also has pedal loops in it ?  the idea being that i could use a MIDI floorboard to send MIDI messages and also turn on/off pedals in loops.

I think the G-System can do this, but i don;t really want the effects, just the switching. I know the Ground Control Pro and GCX switcher does this but it's pricey and a lot of kit...

Do you need to send CCs, or just PCs? If it's the latter, then the Joyo PXL Live should do the trick. 8 loops (optionally split into two sets of 4, so you can use the effects loop of your amp), two relay outs and MIDI out.
