In accordance with Mrs Lip's strict one-in-one-out policy, I have here for sale (preferably) or trade my 1993 Fender Telecaster.

I bought this in 2002 in the USA and it has sadly not been played much since then. It is still in very good nick, no dings or scratches to speak of. Looks like it is pretty much stock incl being a top-loader.

Plays like a dairy product. Neck straight and true, no chips in the paintwork and the usual Tele twang. All round an honest guitar and in great shape for a 21 year old.

Price wise I am thinking £350 incl generic HSC, else £300 for just the guitar. Reasonable offers and/or trades considered. I don't know what I would trade for but msg me if you have something tasty. Nothing pointy.

Based in SE London but happy to ship at buyer's cost. Will be packed in bulletproof bubble wrap and cardboard.

Just as an aside, bubblewrap, for all its wonderous qualities, utterly marmalises nitro-cellulose finished guitars- it reacts.

Thanks for that. I thought these were poly bodies anyway but good to know.

Incidentally I had a mate get bubbling on the back of his Flying V after leaving it on a plastic and foam stand for a few months without moving it. Serves him right for not playing enough.

The serial number would indicate it's a MEXICAN built tele (MN) It also says Made MEXICO under the word Telecaster
