Places for buying used guitars in the USA

Does anyone know where the best places would be to look for used guitars in the US?

In the past I've used eBay.com but I am wondering whether anyone has used any other sites? I'm thinking along the lines of Craigslist.

Any help or is the 'bay the best?

I've used Craigslist when over there and I had good success, it's fine if you are aware what the fakes look like and use common sense.

Thank you kindly. My much loved 62 jaguar is off reverb, so I cannot thank it enough! I regularly buy stuff off it.

@GavHaus I am assuming that is when you are in the US, not buying from the UK?

Nope; I wangled my jaguar finding its way to me via a mule, but I quite frequently buy pedals and bits through reverb and get them posted to the UK. Still tonnes cheaper. Empress Superdelay, seymour Duncan antiquity pickups to name a few.

Id go ebay for used , got a lovely gibson smartwood a few years ago. Delightful guitar.

I mean, I'm not even a fan of Fano Guitars, but fck me, there's some nice 'uns on there.
