Looks like it.

The Gibson Logo doesn't look right.........the 'n' at the end is wonky 

The script on the truss rod cover looks wrong as well.

Beyond that i'm no expert on Gibson's but it doesn't look right somehow.............The lower cutaway maybe wrong shape ?

the main thing that i noticed was that on the back of the headstock, there's no "made in the usa" stamp...

Controls are off, no nibs, logo looks wrong but most obvious shape is off.

Just reading the listing should tell you it's fake, this guy has a Gibson Les Paul off his father, he is internet savvy enough to list it on eBay but not bother to check how much they currently sell for at all.

Totally fake. Body and headstock shapes are completely wrong, you don't need to look further - although there is plenty more as already said!

You know, I'm almost tempted to grab me a Chibson for free using the Ebay buyer protection scheme. I get a free guitar, the scammer gets scammed, everyone's a winner.

On my mobile so can't view pics in great detail but looks ok from the bits I can see.

I'm not sure about the fingerboard inlays or the contouring on the back - I've never seen those on a Gibson. (Which doesn't mean they've never been used!) The headstock shape looks wrong in the front photo but OK from the back so it may be a photo artifact.

As well as I can see in those pics on a phone, the switch and the bridge (even though the intonation must be horrendous!) look OK, and they're some of the usual giveaways.

The mark on the back near the heel looks like it might have been made by the top edge of an A-frame stand reacting with the finish, which would indicate nitro and hence probably genuine.

All guesswork to an extent, without better pics or the guitar in hand though.
