Well, I'm back in the game - two bands in a week :o

Joined one last Sunday on bass, lining up an audition with another on drums (having done one of those hideous video audition things ) - trouble is, whichever one starts to get properly serious first I'm going to be obliged to give priority to, possibly to the point of ditching the other

Anyone else managing to keep more than one serious band going at the same time as a full-time job?

I personally know that I don't have the time or energy for two bands, so I don't do it (despite invitations to do so). On the other hand, our singer has a covers band too, and my dad has 4 bands on the go at the moment (well, he did at last count).

Depends how serious, I've got 2 on the go but even at peak activity we were only doing a gig a month in my main band (and we're down to maybe or 5 a year recently).
