Solo gigging?

I've done quite a few solo gigs in the past and thinking of doing so again having been in bands with all the guff that goes with them for years now! 

My problem was always a source of professional backing tracks, the old lick library ones were ok but I'm wondering if there are any better out there? 

Would need to look into a small and powerful PA too if there's any suggestions there.

PA ideal for solo I find is 2 x RCF 310s and an EV 12" active sub. I make my own tracks using MIDI files as the starting point but then using my own drum sounds etc.
