I had a problem, in that I could only get hold of 18 identical tennis balls yesterday - there was no more stock!

At first, that wasn't a problem as we had less than 18 entrants, but it became a problem when we just kept getting more and more people signing up!  

So, the draw will work like this (and this explains why all numbers are 2-digits).

There will be 2 parts to the draw, each part draws one digit of your number.

• In the first draw there are four balls, numbered 0,1,2 & 3.  That gets picked, and that's your first digit.
  
• In the second draw there are nine balls, numbered 0-8.  That gets picked, and that's the second digit of your number.
  

There are 36 entrants, and the lack of a number "9" ball means that there's always the same number of balls in the second-part draw.

The pool is now being filled with water ... 

The video of the draw will be posted at noon.

A real big thanks to all who've entered this, and a particularly massive thanks to @thorpy6 whose generosity provided the pedal.
