Not sure what version of GB I have right now, but I much prefer the one before!

My current one has 'amps' that you can tweak, but the old one didn't. Not sure I'd sign up for a newer version based on that.

The new Garageband has one massive flaw ! no support for plugin effects

, better off with the old version if you can get by without the interactive drummer . Logic X for £130 is a no-brainer , spend the cash
