An odd source I know, but Alton Brown (US chef) interviewed Bob Taylor, in a really wide-ranging interview, he speaks alot about the start of the company, and their processes.

Didn't see this first time around, will have a watch later.

Have to say I'm turning into a bit of a Taylor fanboy, got one last year which I love and recently added a mahogany top baby to the fold as I spend some of my working life in hotels.

It's genius, I tried every mini guitar before the baby as I believed the online lack of hype and the baby seems underwhelming at first, but I've never played such a short scale guitar that is so "in tune", with so much sustain, and holds its tuning rock solid after spending the day in the boot of a car in winter. Bob knows his stuff is what I is saying.
