Anyone had a faulty TC Nova system?

RESOLVED SEE POST 3

Mine has started the dreaded freezing and randomly starting up in factory default mode. A quick google says that early units had inconsistent chip sets and to contact you local authorised service centre (real electronics in sheffieldI have done and am waiting to hear back from them.

Just wondered if anyone has had one fixed and if so how long did it take?

    Just had a reply and it looks like it will be £130 including postage, investigation and labour but not including parts. Not sure that is worth the bloody hassle.

    Turns out it was a problem with the kettle lead I was using, phew much cheaper than buying a new unit or repairing this one.
