Not over keen on the looks, but foxx moi, this is some amplifier !!!

Those clipped OD tones are metal good.

Mesa Boogie King Snake.

Mental money - but this was a Black Friday deal (with the old 0% too) from the good folk at Andertons,
and it was too good to miss.

Heavy, expensive, crazy... and the biggest transformers Ive ever seen in a combo...

    No mate, the Jim Kelley was SO loud and had no master volume.

    This has MV and two cascading Volumes. The chimney clipped cleans are incredible, as is the 34 page manual.

    Also, the Jim Kelley weighed 7 tonnes, whilst this is 
     only 2 tonnes...

    I'm a bit undecided on the looks as well, but the clipped clean tones in that demo clip are literally one of the best sounds I've ever heard come out of a guitar amplifier.

    It's a shame I don't really like the Mark series distortion sound! It would make it a massively expensive single-channel amp, for me - even if a great one.

    The real genius is putting the 10W mode on it. That makes it possible to get that sound at slightly more sane volume levels.

    Yep mate, Im undecided on the looks too... May consider a rehouse in the future when I get bored.

    The sound really is incredible. I mean, in a two bed house, so not mega loud - really chimey, almost Voxish chimes, huge 3D sound, and wonderful harmonics.

    Nowhere to hide with the King Snake though, as it exposes all your nuances ! Im happy with that though...
