yeah it's a bit "nice" for me..

of course, in the even that I accidentally actually played an 11 chord [the smuggest of all chords],

I would obviously need to follow it with many minutes of feedback..

I think the reason this works well is it voiced with the root at the bottom, the fifth next up, and the 3rd sitting on top. This is a favoured voicing principle of Eric Johnson and Shawn Lane, which they achieve using string skipping. Eric Johnson skips a string between the fifth and the third:

Esus4: 0 7 9 x 10 x

E: 0 7 9 x 9 x

Whereas as Shawn Lane skips a string between the root and the fifth, which I prefer:

Esus4: 12 x 9 14 x x

E: 12 x 9 13 x x
