Yet Another Pinterest Oddity

This one doesn't show the neck/headstock or identify the make.  It looks like one really wide neck morphed into a guitar/bass thing somehow?

I have seen them before but can't remember where.  its 2 fretboards side by side on a very wide neck, one with bass scale and one with guitar.   you can see the bass side only has 14 frets.   oddly it looks like both fretboards have there own radius which would make it feel rather odd... probably more for tapping than anything else, but not perfect for that either
