Bass technique lessons

Can anyone recommend any free online bass tutorials for an experienced guitarist trying to get my head around bass playing? I've got the fundemantals of playing I think but just need something to help develop my bass playing technique so that I don't just sound like a guitarist playing bass.

Try Building Walking Bass Lines by Ed Friedland.

It shows the different approaches - chromatic, scale tones etc and helps you toward more interesting bass lines.

Also, listen to anything featuring James Jamerson.
