Can someone please tell me what guitar Jack White is playing and also what 335 alike the big fella on the left is strumming away at?

Some kind og Gretsch Roc Jet or similar-they did make loads of slightly different variations -switching  etc so it might be hard to pin down exactly.
Judging by the colour i'm guessing the big semi is a Epiphone casino

It's a single cut Gretsch Duo Jet me thinks.  Jack owns quite a few 'customized' duo jets.  The other dude's is definitely a Casino - you see it and the Epiphone headstock quite clearly at one point.
