Hola, chaps so what are the costs of say importing a £120 guitar body?

If I have a neck and body (each worth £120) is it worth gettign them seperately to save on duties?

dutycalculator.co.uk should tell re fees and taxes. Just remember to add the £10 or so parcelfarce fee for doing the paperwork.

I've used Stewmac a couple of times and they used for me Fedex. Always dead on a week from ordering and no fees to pay, which was nice.

cheers ... a bit worrying but hey.. that's the way of it .. need to talk to usacg and see if they'll use fedex

If it is with WD Music - they'll get into their stock for you in the UK

Stewmac isn't cheap to start with, then there's P&P, Import duty, and Parcelforce fees - as few as possible packages would be my strategy.

I order around £200 a month from Mojotone and always get them to use Fedex. USPS and Parcelforce take forever and cost extra in cash and hassle.
