RIP Ricky Lawson!

I know this is a guitar forum but we should pay our respects to one of the most iconic drummers ever to have lived. Ricky was responsible for hitting things behind most of the biggest names in music. I met him at the Frankfurt show a couple of years ago and you couldn't meet a nicer guy. A great loss for the industry.

Yeah, he was a great drummer. I first heard him (and Robben Ford) on the Casino Lights album recorded at Montreaux in 1981. I think he drummed for every act on that gig. A sad loss indeed.
