Do they apply to one man band type businesses.

The model being you ordered something, it arrived, it's essentially what you ordered but isn't as good a quality as you'd hoped,

Or you buy a guitar from GAK, it arrives, you hate it and can send it back before 7 working days are up no questions asked - does this apply to yer one man band affair

If he's operating as a business then yes DSR's apply. The only real exception is purchase via online auction.

I think it may have just been upped to 14 days but that may just be ebay.
