I'm not sure I've got time to Tab it but below is a link to a clip of me playing what I think he plays followed by a slowed down version which might help you to work out the notes.

I know I haven't haven't got the phrasing right (which I need to work on) but I think the notes are reasonably close.

That's pretty much note for note, including the probable fluff after the bend on the C in the middle.
