SOLD: '63 Historic re-issue Gibson 335

Hi Folks, I've decided to sell;my Gibson 1963 Historic re-issue 335.

It's a Nashville made Custom Shop 335 by Gibson. Nicely upgraded with the following parts: DMC aged Double Ring Kluson tuners, genuine 50's replica ABR bridge with nylon saddles, lightweight Faber stoptail.

Further upgrades include custom spec Patent No humbuckers made by Mojo Pickups. These are based on a set of the early 60's Patent Number pickups made and fitted by Gibson to their guitars from this period. There is also one of my own Shugzloomz premium wire looms fitted (TVT CTS 500k pots, Shugz PIO caps, 50's wiring, Switchcraft jack and switch).

All hardware nicely aged as is the repro pickguard and reflector knobs. Full pro set-up and bone nut also. The guitar itself is in excellent condition with minimal nicks/ dings etc, a lovely guitar. Comes with Gibson case and full Gibson coa.

£sold shipped (mainland UK), payment via cash, cheque, BACS and PPG only. Guitar located in Central Scotland area and can be demoed if required.

Thank you all for the kind welcome and interest in the guitar. I've been a bit busy with work this week but will get some time today to tidy up the original for sale thread and add some pics too.

 

It's vintage Cherry and 8lbs with a Historic 60's Gibson pattern so if you have played an R0 Les Paul, it's very similar to that. Not a fat 50's style one but not ultra thin like some modern production 335's. I like this profile and it is very easy to get along with.
