NAD: 2nd attempt

Got a THR10 last week from GAK.

After the initial "wow" it was not right and went back.

GAK quickly replaced the THR and now its up and running!!

I am a happy bunny!!

    When I first shopped at gak several years ago, I vowed I'd never do it again. They were awful.

    Then, last year, they blew me away - friendly service, and good delivery. Pedal went wrong, they took it back and replaced it.

    I might have been unlucky first time, but I recall someone saying they have been working a lot on customer service and I hope it does them justice.

    GAK were good last time I used them.

    They refunded a head that I bought that was outside of the usual 7 day return policy.

    I'm sure the THR is a nice amp, but there seem to have be an awful lot of problems with them for a company with the sort of quality reputation of Yamaha.
