Vox Clubman Bass, anyone tried one?

Has anyone every used one of these? I really like the look of them, and was hoping to have a play on one, to get a sense of the body size.

Fuck me! 400 quid!? 

I had one of these in the 80's. I paid £20 for it and it was so shit that I left it in the flat when I moved out. Awful tuners, awful tone, awful to play. If you want my opinion, AVOID!

The tone works but doesnt change the sound a lot

The neck has a shallow bow in it but is still very playable

There is no trussrod adjustment

Why would you bother!?

@dogload Yeah I thought as much, I just liked the look of it more than anything else. £400 seems massively overpriced, one sold recently for £60.
@JezWynd I didn't, pretty glad, think I'll stick with my Warwick.
