FS 20ft x 8ft Sheds ideal for guitar workshops

Advertising for work, up for sale are two large timber sheds, they are 20ft x 8ft wide. Have a pitched roof height to ridge is 10ft 6. 8ft high to eaves and the roof overhangs approx 3ft at the front.

The sheds have 2 single entrance doors either end and 2 service type hatches to the front.

They are ideal for workshops are well made and heavy duty. They have seen some use so some minor repairs may be required but they are structurally they are sound.

Sheds come in sections 

They are located in Central Birmingham for collection only

There are no lights/sockets included and the shed will have no felt on the roof

Ignore any of the rubbish inside the sheds

For anyone thinking of using one of these (or something similar) as a guitar workshop, I'd strongly recommend:

1.  Packing the inside of the frame with polystyrene sheets for insulation

2.  Skinning the floor and walls with plywood (so over the top of the insulation) for protection

3.  Insulating the roof too - I used reflective coated bubble wrap on mine, to save adding weight to the roof

I'm guessing you'll also need to cut out some window space - looks like these sheds don't have any pre-cut.

That's no criticism of these sheds btw, you'd have to do the above whatever you bought.  

For £400, if you've got a nice big truck somewhere close to Manchester, and a couple of mates to help shift it ... bargain!!
