I love the look of these, but I don't think I could live with having the controls in such a hard to reach location in a gigging scenario - shame!

Even though that never bothered me, the amp sounds extremely bigger with the back facing you. So I usually have the controls facing me.

sorry if this is a stupid question - is it possible to patch in an attentuator between the amp and the built in speaker?

Hi,

it's not a stupid question at all.

Yes it possible to do that patching, and not only is it possible, the fact that the amp comes with the pro panel makes this even easier. The pro panel has input/output to plug an attenuator in between the amp output and the speaker. Also you have a switch that enables you to choose between the internal celestion blue and an external output.
