Absolute Bowie

Went to see these last night in Cardiff. Actually blown away by how good musicians they all were......3 costume changes for 'Bowie' ......and quality costumes they were.
Just thought I'd recommend them here if you have them appearing near you. They guy who plays Ronno was bloody brilliant!

Interesting. They still have tickets left for the Brum dates and it's a charity event for TTCT.

I'm not usually a fan of tribute acts but I could make an exception based on TFB member reviews and of course it is for charidee...

I really can't remember how but somehow I ended up talking online to the guitarist from Bowie Vision ( US Bowie tribute band). He used an Axe FX and it seemed a really good example of why you might have one of those: top notch tribute band with a fairly wide range of guitar sounds to tackle, sometimes quite contrasting sounds in one song.
