Yamaha CPX1000 or AC3M or AC3R

Hi guys, 

I have been playing a Simon & Patrick SP6 Ceder that I bought from Chandler guitars in Kew around 1999 -2000. I had saved up for a Takamine and Paula persuaded me to save my money and buy one of these. Before that I had bought an Ovation Celebration Shallow Bowl. 

I am now thinking about buying a new electro-acoustc and am considering the Yamaha CPX1000 or Yamaha AC3M (Mahogany) or Yamaha AC3R (Rosewood). According to the Yamah London website the AC3M/R come with a case and I am not sure if th CPX do. 

Main use would be amplified live, and singing. 

Any advice from anyone who has either or played both would be much appreciated.
