Anyone using Amazon Echo or Dot with Spotify ?

I hear that the Amazon devices don't support all of the services in the UK that are supported in the US - and that controlling 3rd party music services isn't as slick as controlling Amazon Music - anyone got experience of it?

I have one in a box on a kitchen windowsill.  I'll report back once I've set it up unless somebody else answers it first.

I haven't tried it with echo but it works really well with ok Google.

do you have a Google Home or is that from an Android phone?

I have actually just read that in 2017 the Echo will be software upgraded to allow direct control of Sonos devices, so one way or another my use case will be covered (I'm going to steadily Sonos-up the house)
