206km + 5km = 211km. End of week 8 and a rest day tomorrow in the hope that this stupid blister starts healing.

I'm out until this blister heals. It's now infected and nasty. I dunno, you try and get fit and there's always something to knock you back!

Feb 26th: 264km + 8km = 272km

4.4 miles on Friday and 5.5 miles today.  Been struggling with a foot injury, apparently the tendon/arch of my foot has somethinged and its bloody sore, so had a reasonably quite week.  

52.7 miles for February and 36 miles in January, total 88.7 miles (142.7km)

A cold 5km this morning, along with last week's runs = 186km total

Not much running last week, so I did a Parkrun in the middle of a 6-mile round trip jog so 9 miles. Felt pretty good as well which was probably down to the easy week.

It's cold and rainy outside, so I'm not looking forward to today's run.

Yesterdays 8k was the worst run I've done since this started. Strong wind and rain made it thoroughly miserable (and hard)! Only 6k to do to hit 200K though so I'm looking forward to breaking that landmark.

9.4km.  Cold and rainy.  And I was knackered.

Rather oddly, last week when it was warm and sunny I passed a lot of other runners.  Today, none.  Mysterious.

Pain innit? I burst mine as it wouldn't go down, then the red raw bit underneath started to blister. Then it became infected. I just kept pouring salt on it, it's a bit better now but I'm still taking it easy.

127km + 5km = 132km. Aiming to improve speed now and leave the longer (> 10km) runs alone for a bit.

Had a day off yesterday, but back on it today:

Feb 28th: 272km + 10km = 282km

5 miles yesterday lunchtime. Felt a bit tired for some reason, I'll probably try to "taper" for this weekend so maybe 3 or 4 miles on Wednesday/Thursday and a couple on Saturday.

6km Interval run yesterday on the treadmill, boy did that hurt!  149km for 2017 so far.
