Broke 400km five weeks early despite losing a fair bit of time in the last 10 days with Scarlett.
Pretty happy.

Feeling it.
280k.
Feels ok now, so an easy 5k for the next few days will hopefully see me at 300 before 1st April.

After 3 weeks off for a calf injury I went out again this morning.
Only 3.5k at a pretty slow pace but I don't want to pull it again.
I am now well behind target by about 50k. I've decided I won't care to much about making it up, but if I'm feeling good on a run and I want to do an extra K or so then I will.
On the plus side the local football & rugby fields have started to dry out quite well after the winter, so grass running is available again. Hopefully that will put less pressure on the knees.
According to my phone 1 lap of the field is 1.28k. Distance from home to the field is 0.62k. So 3 laps and the run to and from would give me 5.08K.
I do like working out new routes to keep it interesting.
