It's where i bought my amp and it's worth every minute spent getting there, non matter how you get there.
Coda is 45 minutes drive and a different feel but as good in every way and stocks some of the most amazing guitars i've ever seen.
Both are excellent places run by excellent people.
It it was me....that budget would probably go on a "cheap" vintage Gibson jazz box from a trusted source. But that got a lot harder in 2016 when the dollar exchange rate shifted the goalposts.

I said maybe.....
I had a Krautster II before my CS Les Paul and it was a great playing guitar, lovely neck, but the finish on the body was really weird, not like Poly or Nitro, it showed finger prints really badly and it was kind of hard to wipe them off, it's hard to explain, not like any finish I've come across.
Plus, while it was good, there was just something about the knobs, or pots and hardware that didn't feel like the price tag it carried, but that neck was something else.

The other option is a semi of some kind. There are the obvious Gibson ones, but Gretsches are fun too.

Well, nothing apart from ergonomics, some minor laws of physics, and possibly personal pride on your part.
Go used n get a better guitar.
