I'm sure you already do have your music stored locally, but you might want to look around for alternatives if the service should suddenly terminate.

SoundCloud is making a large investment in new services, for which it needs capital. Some of these services are already in beta testing, but not announced to the general public yet. I'm pretty sure that existing services are not at risk.
