Mooer Liquid Phaser

I don't remember seeing this on here before although it's been out a couple of months. Possibly not a true phaser, more a collection of wobbly noises but I quite like it. There's five basic wobbly noises and then three wave shapes plus the other adjustments. 
If, as recently discussed on this very forum, Mooer aren't keen on making original products is this a riff on something? 
Anyone heard one in the flesh? 
Anyway, I'm quite tempted.
