How do I get get this tone from a DMM?

Recently acquired a DMM XO, can I get something that roughly sounds like the YT clip below (lead bit that starts at 2m 38s)  without purchasing the DBA Dream Echo. I'm thinking I can use a rat or my hotcake for the fuzzy texture. Any help greatly appreciated, also would that particular tone be classed as Slapback?

I'd say a short delay, multiple repeats with modulation and fuzz, but the Echo Dream adds fuzz to the delay only so switching on your Rat won't be the same as that will fuzz up everything. Some delay pedals have an insert socket so you can add other effects to the delay only but I don't think the XO ( or most delay pedals really) does. It does, however, have a Level knob and wacking  that up apparently causes the delay to distort - wether it sounds the same as the echo dream or is at all desirable I don't know.
    My 2p's worth anyway

You need a delay that outputs dry and wet tones, send the wet to a tremolo & drive and get a small passive blender to sum to mono again.
